Lerato Mashilo is an advocate of education designed to develop the South African child
as well as the South African educational system as a whole. She has worked in the
educational technology field for the past five years as a submission consultant as well as a team lead for onboarding and quality assurance.
She studied at the University of
South Africa, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in. Applied Psychology. In response to statistics indicating that over 81 percent of South
African fourth-graders are unable to read for comprehension, she established the A RE
BALENG FOUNDATION. She is passionate about fostering the next generation of
leaders and igniting a revolution in reading and learning that will allow South African
students to compete on international stages.
Tholakele Unita Masemola is a young phenomenal woman. Enthusiastic and passionate
about serving young people and giving back to the society. A human resources
management and Bed (Degree in education) graduate.
Currently working as an educator and has been involved in multiple leadership organizations, namely: Letsema, Afros and Columba. She has leadership and communication skills, she is a motivator and enjoys engaging with young people. She is the Project Manager at A RE BALENG FOUNDATION.
Thato Ringane is a Psychosocial agent and facilitator at A RE BALENG FOUNDATION. He is Passionate about the well- being of learners in underserved communities, he is committed to youth development and education. He is also a public speaker and children’s activist
Ndabenhle Sibiya is an experienced and passionate Teacher with a love for educating
today’s youth. Bringing forth in his work ethic is dedication, creativity, skills and the
desire to positively impact the lives of children. He graduated in UKZ with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Medical Sciences: Physiology and PGCE: Life Sciences and Natural
Sciences. Graduated as a Leader in the Columba Leadership Academy.
His Primary responsibilities as a Facilitator in the A RE BALENG FOUNDATION include planning lessons and creating activities relevant to develop students.
