In response to alarming statistics revealing that over 81% of South African fourth-graders struggle with reading comprehension, she founded the A Re Baleng Foundation to address this critical challenge.

Ndabenhle Sibiya is an experienced and passionate Teacher with a love for educating
today’s youth. Bringing forth in his work ethic is dedication, creativity, skills and the
desire to positively impact the lives of children. He graduated in UKZ with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Medical Sciences: Physiology and PGCE: Life Sciences and Natural
Sciences. Graduated as a Leader in the Columba Leadership Academy.
His Primary responsibilities as a Facilitator in the A RE BALENG FOUNDATION include planning lessons and creating activities relevant to develop students.
